Frontiers of Optoelectronics (FOE) is published by Higher Education Press (HEP). The journal is jointly sponsored by Higher Education Press, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the Chinese Optical Society, and is organized by the Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics. The Editors-in-Chief are Academician Qihuang Gong from Peking University, Professor Xinliang Zhang and Professor Peixiang Lu from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST).
